Settlement policy

Rebates are tied to paid orders, not raw registrations

Referral ownership follows the dedicated link or referral handle. Rebates are calculated from actual license payments. Refunded orders, unpaid orders, abusive activity, and self-referrals are excluded; your own purchases can instead receive the current tier discount.

Paid downstream consumption is summarized into referral bills on a scheduled basis
Abnormal orders, abuse, and same-entity self-purchases do not count toward tier growth
Once a higher customer tier is reached, future valid purchases settle at the new rate
Enterprise and channel partners can confirm custom billing cycles separately

Referral rebates apply only to AiXQuant license fees and exclude exchange fees, model APIs, cloud servers, and other third-party costs. This page is a commercial summary, and final execution can follow signed agreements and order records.
